1. Proposal: Write a Party Platform

This proposal establishes a process and timeline for writing a party platform. The process would begin this May and be completed by November 15. The proposal would establish a temporary committee to facilitate the process. 

2. BGP Bylaws Amendment: Updates to Decision-Making and Meeting Procedures

The bylaws have not been updated to reflect the current practice of online voting, which was initially necessitated by the COVID pandemic but has been maintained in the interest of maximizing member involvement in party decisions. These amendments update the process to include an online vote by decision-making members, specifies the scope of the decision-making process, specifies a threshold for approval, and makes additional changes to reflect current practices.
